Project Description

This project consisted of the thoughtful renovation of the former Sur Le Table store located on State Street. We successfully converted the first floor into a commercial lease space, while the back portion of the building, along with the second floor, have been transformed into workforce housing. The development includes 14 well-designed studio apartments, with ten situated on the second floor and four on the first floor. Furthermore, the second floor is equipped with a community space intended to enhance the living experience for residents.

Project Description

The project involves the demolition of existing structures and construction of 48 new low-income housing units. It is a privilege to collaborate once again with the Housing Authority and contribute to their vital mission of providing housing for individuals and families in need. The demolition phase has been successfully completed, and we have now commenced a significant grading operation to prepare for the concrete foundation.

Project Description

Progress on the 425 Garden project is currently underway. We are currently installing approximately 155 vibratory stone columns for the foundation. These columns will be compacted into the ground to a depth of 18 feet below the existing grade to effectively mitigate the risk of liquefaction during seismic events.

Ventura County Fire Training Center

Project Description

The Ventura County Fire Training Center represents a collaborative effort between the Ventura County Fire Department and Ventura County Public Works. Currently, the installation of underground utilities is nearing completion, with the burn building structure already finished, allowing for the finish work to begin. Additionally, three out of four levels of the multipurpose building structure have been successfully completed.

The Canalino Modular Learning Center is a newly constructed 60′ x 40′ permanent modular library building. In addition to the construction of the building, the project encompasses various associated tasks, including site work, such as grading, paving, site utilities, storm drainage, landscaping, irrigation, and electrical work, including installing fire alarm systems.

Villanova Preparatory School Gym

Project Description

The project scope involves replacing the roof trusses, installing new roof tiling, repairing the roof underlayment, removing the existing skylight, installing insulation as necessary, upgrading the ADA ramp and path of travel, improving striping and signage in the parking lot, and making ADA upgrades to the boys’ and girls’ locker rooms as well as the men’s and women’s restrooms. Additionally, accessibility upgrades comply with section 11B of the California Building Code.
