Project Description

The Canalino Modular Learning Center is a newly constructed 60′ x 40′ permanent modular library building. In addition to the construction of the building, the project encompasses various associated tasks, including site work, such as grading, paving, site utilities, storm drainage, landscaping, irrigation, and electrical work, including installing fire alarm systems.

Project Description

Set in the heart of downtown Carpinteria, seven blocks from the ocean, this city block redevelopment project honors the history of the past buildings while creating a new community center where locals and tourists alike can work, gather, shop, eat, and drink.
