PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
New 3- and 4-story, 30-unit residential apartment development (approximately 51,329 gross SF), including ground-level parking, common areas, demolition of existing structures, site utilities, grading, drainage, and related improvements. Developed by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara on Santa Barbara Unified School District property.
APPLICABLE TRADES:
Demolition, surveying, earthwork and grading, underground utilities, stormwater systems, concrete, structural and miscellaneous steel, galvanizing and metal coatings, railings, masonry, framing and trusses, insulation, roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal, plaster, drywall, painting, casework, countertops, tile, flooring, glazing, doors and hardware, elevator, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, signage, specialties, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
INSURANCE:
Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.
BONDING:
Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
