  2. RE-CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXISTING PATH OF TRAVEL FROM THE EXISTING ACCESSIBLE PARKING TO THE GYMNASIUM FRONT ENTRANCE.  NEW WORK TO INLCUDE RE-CONSTRUCTION OF EXISTING ACCESSIBLE  PARKING, RE-CONSTRUCTION OF EXISTING SIDEWALK AND RE-CONSTRUCTION OF EXISTING CONCRETE RAMP PER ADA STANDARD.
  3. THE PROJECT TO INCLUDE RE-SURFACE OF EXISTING ASPHALT PATHWAY ACROSS PALM STREET ADJACENT TO THE STRIPED CROSSWALK. RE-CONSTRUCTION OF DESIGNATED PORTIONS OF THE PATHWAY NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ACCESSIBLE STANDARDS.

Retrofit and conversion of an existing 2- story commercial building to a mixed-use commercial  / residential building with 14 workforce housing units.

Utilizing the Santa Barbara AUD ordinance and state bonus density, the project proposes 14 new residential units with an average unit size of 385 SF and a reduced 3,000 SF commercial space on the first floor.

The project proposes a total of 7,725 SF residential and 8,597 SF of commercial space.

The project is NOT a public housing project and therefore not subject to requirements laid out in CBC 11B-233 public house facilities.
