Project Description

This project consisted of the thoughtful renovation of the former Sur Le Table store located on State Street. We successfully converted the first floor into a commercial lease space, while the back portion of the building, along with the second floor, have been transformed into workforce housing. The development includes 14 well-designed studio apartments, with ten situated on the second floor and four on the first floor. Furthermore, the second floor is equipped with a community space intended to enhance the living experience for residents.

Fillmore Athletic Complex, Cafeteria and Gym Modernization – Bid Due 02/18/25 at 2:00 PM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

The project consists of several parts:

  1. New gymnasium complex with U-shaped fire access lane and 110 new parking spaces
  2. Alterations/Modernization to an existing gym
  3. Alterations to the existing cafeteria, library and exterior improvements to patio area.
  4. Parking lot, new bicycle parking/storage, landscape and hardscape improvements throughout the site.

APPLICABLE TRADES:

Trades will include demolition, concrete, paving, masonry, roofing, cabinetry/countertops, insulation, storefront, roofing, doors and hardware, drywall, plaster, flooring, FRP walls, acoustical ceilings, painting, pavers, tile, window treatment, signage, lockers, toilet accessories/partitions, stainless steel, kitchen equipment, Sporting Equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, fire alarm system

THIS IS A DIR/STATE PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT:

Please use the most recent wage determinations as set by the DIR for bidding. 

INSURANCE:

Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.

BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
