We are partnering with Pete Martinez to build a new administrative and operations building for the Channel Islands Beach Community Services District Operations Facility. The project is currently 95% complete. We look forward to a successful completion of this project in the near future.

Ventura County Fire Department and Ventura County Public Works
This new facility supports advanced training for the Ventura County Fire Department. Developed in partnership with Ventura County Public Works, the site includes a 5,431 sq. ft. Class A Burn Building for wood-fueled fire drills, a 12,346 sq. ft. Class B Multipurpose Building with propane-fired props, and a steel structure over an existing bunker to support rooftop rescues and ladder training. Together, these structures create realistic, high-intensity scenarios to prepare first responders for the demands of the job.
