PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
1. Construct a 1-story kindergarten building and play area – 13,174 SF
2. Construct a new fire access lane, drop-off, and parking areas at the front of the campus
3. Construct a new hardscape, soft-scape, and path of travel at the front of the campus

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
All first-tier Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Subcontractors must also be on the District’s prequalified Contractors list. For purposes of this prequalification, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing contractors are contractors holding either a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 California State Contractors license. The completed online prequalification application must be submitted no later than TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE FIXED FOR THE PUBLIC OPENING OF SEALED BIDS.

INSURANCE:
Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.
BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
