PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

The project consists of three parts:

  1. New two-story gymnasium complex, classrooms, library, chapel and office administrations
  2. Alterations to an existing single story main building – “Block Building”
  3. Alterations to the existing parking lot, new bicycle parking/storage, landscape and hardscape improvements throughout the site.

APPLICABLE TRADES:

Trades will include demolition, concrete, shoring, roofing, cabinetry, /countertops, insulation, storefront, roofing, doors and hardware, drywall, plaster, flooring, epoxy terrazzo, FRP walls, acoustical ceilings, painting, pavers, tile, window treatment, signage, lockers, toilet accessories/partitions, stainless steel, kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers, fire alarm system

THIS IS NOT A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

INSURANCE:

Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.

BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
