Remove 5,966 square feet of existing office including the concrete driveway entrance
running parallel to Briggs Road and install 6,120 Sq. Ft. of new office /administration.
Remodel 3,820 Sq. Ft. of existing interior warehouse space.
Remove (4) existing structures in the northeast portion of the lot, which includes (2) offices (9,325 Sq. Ft.), (1) shop (1588 Sq. Ft.) and (1) storage building (500Sq. Ft.). All asphalt and concrete surfaces within this common area and all utilities serving these buildings to be removed.
Install new parking lot in northeast portion of the lot, along with new landscaping.
Install (1) new monument sign along Briggs Road.
Install (1) new trash enclosure structure.
Install associated site flatwork and utilities to accommodate new addition and parking lot.
INSURANCE: Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.
BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
