This project is a 4,426 SF interior remodel in an existing office building for a new medical office. The scope of the project includes new interior non-load bearing walls, offices, exam rooms, and other support spaces.
Soft Demo, Concrete Trench Patch, Cabinetry, Countertops, Steel, Stainless Steel, Finish Carpentry, Roof Patching, Insulation, Doors, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Tile, Toilet Accessories, Window Coverings, Signage, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinklers, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Communication, and Fire Alarm
Addendums #1, #2, and #4 have been issued.

INSURANCE:
Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.
BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
