425 Garden St. Multi Family – Bid Due 04/04/24 at 3:00 PM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

The proposed project is a 4 story, 36-unit apartment building. The existing structures and pavement will be demolished. Parking areas will be developed on Garden Street.

Trades will include survey, demolition, grading, underground utilities, soils stabilization, site and structural concrete, pavers, landscaping, rough carpentry, roofing, drywall, plaster, painting, cabinetry, flooring, elevator, windows & doors, MEP’s, fire alarm and fire sprinklers.

 

THIS IS NOT A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

 

INSURANCE:

Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.  

BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
