PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Santa Barbara Junior High School Interior Restroom Upgrades

Provide Four Separate Proposals for Four Separate Bathrooms Per Plan Sheet G-102 “Site Plan Legend Area of Work” the work consists of cosmetic upgrades to four separate restrooms.
 

THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

THE APPLICABLE TRADES:

Demolition, tile, plumbing, painting, doors & hardware, toilet accessories & electrical

INSURANCE: Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.

BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal

RFI DUE DATE: Wednesday, March 21, 2023, 10:00AM

BID DUE DATE:  Tuesday, March 30, 2023 2:00PM

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  La Cumbre MS & Santa Barbara Community Academy Makerspace 

Existing 4,000 sq. ft., modernization project entails the following improvements: New metal entry canopy, new roof, replace operable partition wall assembly, new light fixtures, new flooring, new wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, Toilet accessories, skylights, acoustical, sound absorption, new window coverings, pull-down electrical reels, new concrete flat work.

Hard demo,grading, structural steel, cabinetry, rough carpentry, metal wall panels, fabric covered acoustical wall panels, decorative extruded aluminum wall mounts, finish carpentry, roofing & skylights, insulation, doors/hardware, storefront glass/hardware, wood framing, drywall, flooring, painting, plaster, tile, window coverings, toilet accessories, signage, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communication, and fire alarm.
