PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Interior, site and structural renovation of a 1930’s , 2 story structure , with 12 dwelling units. Total building floor area of 7,409 sq. ft.
This is NOT a prevailing wage project.
The applicable trades: Abatement, survey, site clearing, grading, underground utilities, hard demo, soft demo, tree removal, CMU retaining walls, fencing, structural concrete, site concrete, asphalt patching/striping, permeable pavers, landscaping/irrigation, flag stone walkways, firestopping systems, decorative hand rails/railings, insulation, rough carpentry, roofing patch, waterproofing, sheet metal, sealants, termite control, cabinets, finish carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum clad windows, glazing, plastering & plaster patch, drywall, tile & backer board, insulation, roof access hatch, flooring, painting, window coverings, countertops, appliances, signage, mirrors, toilet accessories, bike racks, fire extinguishers/cabinet, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, fire sprinklers, fire alarm.
INSURANCE: Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles; $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence.
BONDING: Performance and labor bonding may be required; costs will be added to your proposal
