Ojai Valley School – Servery Enclosure Bid Due Tuesday 1/5 @ 2pm

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project consists of constructing a 676 SF enclosed structure to be used as a Servery for student meals. This structure will be built around and integrated with an existing steel pergola.

 Applicable trades: Demolition, underground utilities, grading, paving, structural concrete, site concrete, masonry, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, metal roofing, sheet metal, doors and hardware, windows/glazing, drywall, epoxy flooring, painting, FRP, plaster, food service equipment, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, and electrical.

This IS NOT a prevailing wage project

 This IS NOT an OSHPD project

Insurance: Bidders shall provide the following insurance minimums: commercial general liability insurance products, completed operations, waiver of subrogation, protective coverage with non-owned & hired vehicles. $2 million each occurrence. Additional insured and hold harmless per endorsement CG 2010 form 1185 or equivalent, comprehensive automobile liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance, including waiver of subrogation, for at least $1 mil each occurrence. 

Bonding: Performance and labor bonding may be required. Costs will be added to your proposal.
